What we collect

When you use a form on this site: your name, mobile number, email, the property address or ZIP you enter, and what you told us you want to build. When you check a lot, we look the address up in public county records and keep the report we built for you. The site also uses cookies and similar tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) so we can see which pages are used and measure our ads. Those tools do not get permission to text you.

How we use it

To answer your request: an Arena advisor calls or texts you about your lot, your plan and your numbers. We do not sell your information. We do not use your mobile number or your texting consent to market anyone else's products.

Texts: how you opt in

We text only people who ask. You opt in by entering your mobile number in a form on this site that says Arena will text you, such as “Text me my lot report” or “Have an advisor call me,” or by texting our number first. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from Arena. We send you a confirmation of your request, the link to your lot report when you asked for one, times for a call, and replies from your advisor when you text us. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. We do not market by text to anyone we know is under 18.

Texts: how you opt out

Reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text. That stops every automated text from us. We send one text confirming it, with nothing else in it, and nothing after. Reply START to opt in again, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@thearenahome.com or call (385) 600-7071.

Your mobile number stays with us

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell or rent your mobile number.

Who helps us

Companies that deliver our texts and emails, host this site, and run our customer records handle your information only to do that work for us. They are not given your number to market their own products, and they may not use it for anything else.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
